Can I private label/white label the solution so my clients only see my companies branding?
Absolutely. You can remove references to inBOX25, add your own branding (name, logo, colors, etc..), set a custom domain name, and much more.
Can I use Agency Edition just to manage multiple customers?
Yes. Our platform is actually designed to make it really simple to manage your clients full marketing program or email campaigns from a single interface. With our Client Manager you can easily traverse between accounts with a single click.
Is there an additional fee for using Agency Edition?
Absolutely not. Agency Edition is included in our platform and the only requirement is that you must be subscribed to a Pay-as-you-Go Package or be an approved Pro Marketer Agency account. You cannot allocate email credits from a monthly package, as they expire at the end of your monthly period.
Do you bill my clients for me?
No, you would be responsible for billing your clients.
Will you contact my clients?
No, you actually get to specify a contact email address that we would use per account. So if we have any questions, issues with bounces or abuse, etc.. we would contact only the email you specify.
How will I be billed?
To allocate email credits to your client accounts, you must first purchase pay-as-you-go email credits using your inBOX25 account. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire and can be allocated to any client account. Or you can apply to be a Pro Marketer Agency account.
Do I get a discount as a reseller?
We do not provide any special discounts for agency or private label users. We also do not charge any additional fees for rebranding our service. You can choose whatever pricing you would like for your clients. Our standard discounting for Pay-as-you-Go email credits still does apply and the more credits you purchase, the less you pay per credit. For Pro Marketer Agency accounts our plans begin at $1499 per month.
Will my users see expiration or billing notices?
No, only you will be notified.
Can I use a custom domain?

You have complete freedom to create your client packages and pricing.
How do I allocate credits/contacts to my clients, are there any minimums and can I take credits back?
After you add pay-as-you-go credits to your account, you can allocate email credits to any client using your Client Manager. The minimum assignment is at least 1,000 email credits. You can remove email credits from a client account at any time, but for a client to remain active you must maintain a threshold of at least 1,000 email credits. Although, its important to note that a clients email credit balance can fall below 1,000 available email credits as a result of campaigns sent.
For Pro Marketer Agency accounts, there are no minimums, period. You are in control of disbursement of contacts to your clients. You can add active targets to your client accounts and adjust them at anytime.
Can I log-in to my clients accounts?
Yes, from the Client Manager you can easily log-in (with one click) to any of the accounts you manage. The Client Manager is also used to disburse credits or contacts to your clients.
Is there any way for people to know you are providing the service?
While our software is fully re-brandable there will be some technical things that people could find if they really dug into things. Things such as hosting & mail server IP addresses may trace back to inBOX25. That would however require a client of yours to do a lot of digging to find such a relation. We also suggest to think of yourself as offering a value added service. Therefore even if you do not private label you can still resell our service (and charge additional fees) for providing value added services such as personalized support, email template assistance, etc..
What is a key indicator that I'm best suited for an Agency Account?
Two groups of users come to mind when looking if an Agency account would be a good fit. Systems Integrators, who are looking to not only enroll a client in a solution as part of a whole package would be a good use case. Marketing Agencies or Professionals would be another good example, as typically they may take over the marketing from a client as a whole as part of that product offering.
What access to the platform will my clients have?
As an Agency user your client accounts are ultimately directly within your control. You can opt to grant access to your clients or if you're operating a Managed Services model, perhaps your clients never need direct or full access to their INBOX25 account. It's entirely up to you.
Can my Clients connect their account to Sugar/SuiteCRM?
Absolutely. If they have SugarCRM or SuiteCRM, they can connect their account to their CRM instance. Remember, one account can be synced with one CRM instance only. See our easy how-to: downloading and installing the INBOX25 module for SugarCRM/SuiteCRM.
