At INBOX25, we currently support compatibility with custom fields inside all stock SugarCRM modules. After creating custom fields, you just need to go to Symsync->Manual sync and sync over the fields. Then they are there at your disposal. To find out how, you can click here
Tip:When mapping Landing Pages, there's one issue that we are not compatible with. When utilizing our checkbox form field, it allows you to select multiple options. To map this form field to a corresponding field in SugarCRM, you'll need to select a [text] field. If you try to map this multi select form to a multi value field in SugarCRM, it will not map correctly. However, if you map the multi select form to a [text] field in SugarCRM, multiple options will propagate correctly in the field. Here's an example of a record converting on one of our landing pages. I had a multi select form (checkbox field) mapped to the Department [text] field of SugarCRM.
This is how it mapped:
As you can see, the options selected were mapped horizontally, separated by a comma.
Mapping [today] and [now] to hidden fields in landing pages and forms
You can now map [today] and [now] to pre-populate custom date or date/time fields in the CRM to track timestamps of form submissions. [today] MUST be mapped to a date type field while [now] MUST be mapped to a date/time field. Mapping the incorrect tag will result in inaccurate timestamp in the CRM.
Here's how the conversion will map the data back to CRM
