From the Automation Manager, click on the Send Email Report icon that appears on the same row as your Content Stream.
The Send Email Report contains every 'Send Email' action that is contained in your Automation Flow in addition to a 'Content Stream' action. This allows you to quickly compare email message performance.
To drilldown into your Content Stream, click on Content Stream Report
Total number of targets that qualified for your stream.
Total number of individual email messages sent from the entire stream.
Targets that have opened more than 50% of email messages that have been sent with a click-thru rate greater than 20%. This metric was designed to allow marketers to focus in on their most active prospects.
Out of Content
Targets that have been sent every available message to them in your stream. This does not mean EVERY message in your steam, as content can be Paused, Expired or a Duplicate for specific targets. These different scenarios should be considered when reviewing this report.
Qualified targets in your stream that have open opportunities are calculated in this metric to give marketers insight into current revenue potential and past revenue generated. It also helps you compare different marketing initiatives to determine which efforts are driving your revenue.
The Engagement Tracker provides insight into the engagement level of each individual target, by classifying them into performance categories.
Opened No emails sent
Opened 1%-10% of emails sent
Opened 10% - 20% of emails sent
Opened 20% - 40% of emails sent
Opened 40% - 50% of emails sent
Opened 50% - 65% of emails sent
Opened 65% - 99% of emails sent
Opened Every email sent
The Engagement Tracker also works with click-thru activity as well.
By clicking on any point on the Engagement Tracker chart, you can drill down to see the specific targets that are computed in the performance category.
The content table shows a list of each email message in your stream. It includes several performance metrics that you can drill down and view:
Campaign Report: View the entire email report for a specific email message.
View Email Message: Preview the current version of the email message.
Touched: Total number of targets that have received the email content.
Last Touched: The last date/time that your content was sent.
Sent: Total number of messages sent.
Opens: Unique Emails Opened (Total Emails Opened) and Open Rate %
Clicks: Unique Clicks (Total Clicks) and CTR (Click-thru rate) %
Not Opened: Emails sent, not opened.
By clicking on 'view targets' or the unique value for opens, clicks and not opened you can view the detailed target report view:
Clicking on the Sent Content value will initiate a report view that shows the targets content history on the stream, including any content that was skipped automatically and why.
You can also end a stream for a target by clicking End Early. Once a stream is ended for a target, it cannot be restarted.
