Email Wizard Make-over
Yes, the Wizard has gone through a makeover, and has been simplified. Now, you can fast-track to any step in the process from the drop down menus of each tab of the wizard (when editing content previously created). The UI is more intuitive with cleaner lines and easier navigation.
Auto-save on the Email Builder
We understood there was a pain point being felt by users that were creating emails and then accidentally closed out a browser or the computer shut off, etc etc. Resulting in all of their work being lost, if they did not regularly click 'Save'. With Auto-Save, the system will save your work every 30 seconds. Want to go back to an auto save? We give you the option to manage the auto save and make your edits if you lost any work.
Additionally, we've added a few responsive templates, as well a CASL (Canadian Anti Spam Legislation) compliance template. AND you can now schedule email campaigns up to every 10 minutes.
Update to Automation Manager UI
We've smoothed out the look of the manager. Now there are only two buttons, the pause/play and the gear icon.
We've encompassed all the options under the gear icon.
And we added something new! Introducing, the Change Log! Now, you can monitor all changes that were made to an automated campaign from start to finish. This will not only help you manage changes you've made to campaigns, but it will also help the INBOX25 support staff take a look under the hood when answering your workflow error issues. Ahhh, the change log.
Changes to Assign Record Action
Our Assign Record option has become more flexible. Now you can select individual agent/user records that you want to include in your Random Lead Routing or Round Robin Lead Routing (equal) process, as opposed to having to include ALL available agents. This makes it much easier to remove agents/users from your assignment flow if they go on vacation or they leave the company, but you don't want to completely remove their user account.
Alert Custom Email Addresses with Alert Agent Action
With our updates to the Alert Agent Action, now you can alert any email address (or addresses) that you wish, even if their not INBOX25 or CRM users. Just type in an email address, and an activity alert email will be sent to that email address. Convenient if you'd like a Marketing Manager that isn't using INBOX25 to be made aware of a record being assigned to an agent. You can alert one custom email address per action. To alert several custom email addresses, you'll need to configure multiple Alert Agent actions.
Pro Marketers: New feature for leveraging Target Lists for Email Campaigns.
INBOX25 is pleased to announce our new Auto-Segmenting feature for Target Lists. No longer will you need to create Automated Campaigns to segment a Target List with data in multiple modules. By accessing our new Target Report (Reports->Target Report) you can easily see and select which Target Lists you wish to automatically generate segments for.
Once the segment is generated, it will be available to you in the 'Select Recipients' within the Email Campaign Wizard under the same name.
These segments are identical in name and records from the Target List they are made from. Segments are also perpetual so as you add new records to Target Lists, the segments will automatically update with the new records added. How's that for Marketing Automation Made Easy?
Big Update: Landing Page Builder v2.0
We're pleased to introduce several new FlexTemplates, which allow for far greater creative control and input on landing pages. The new canvas area includes all new Content Blocks that can be stylized with text, images, video and much more. Our new FlexTemplates provide multiple layouts that include headers, content areas, a dedicated form area and footers - in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Alert your team when a form is submitted
Send email alerts to multiple agents on the successful conversion of a landing page. The email alerts contain the full dump of data collected on your form (highlighted in green).
Confirm Email Address is now optional on forms
We have heard from our clients the pain point of having 'Confirm Email Address' be an optional request. We hear you, and we've made it so. Now the confirm form field is optional.
GoToWebinar Form Field
With our new GoToWebinar form field you can offer your targets, leads and customers the opportunity to sign-up any upcoming webinars from a single landing page form. You pick the webinars that you want included as options for your visitors, we'll present them with a list on your landing page and we'll automatically enroll them to any selected webinars on-conversion. Neat right? All without any complicated workflow and from a single landing page.

Hidden Fields, US State Drop-Menu Field
Include hidden field values in your custom pages and forms, and map them to a field in SugarCRM. Then, when a lead converts, that field will be automatically populated with your default value.
You can also input a US State field right in. No need to edit it, the states automatically are input.
Toggle the Editor Dialog
Need more room to work your design? No problem, click the toggle arrow left to hide the Editor toolbar.. and when you need it back, click the toggle arrow again.
Auto-Save for Landing Page Builder
We've now included our Auto-Save feature with our Landing Page builder as well. Similar to its functionality with our Email Campaign wizard, now you can get back missed work if your computer crashes or whatever other reasons would cause a disconnect.
Do you have your own existing page design on your own web domain? With the expansion of our Advanced embed option, we now provide you full JS snippets to manage form validation, date selections and the on-submit success handling (i.e. show message, redirect to a page, etc.).
Last but not least, we have an all new image library browser that will now allow you to access all images you've uploaded into your creative library or past email template campaigns. The browser is built right into the editor for easy access of all these image selections.
