So if your INBOX25 SymSync Dashboard is showing a module that is older than the one that you've installed on your SugarCRM Instance, here's a step by step guide on how to resolve the problem.
From this screen, you'll then Select SugarCRM:
Next, you'll be taken to the SugarCRM Integration screen:
You're going to want to look towards the bottom and locate the "Revoke Module Access" Clicking this will disable the SugarCRM integration with INBOX25. Don't fret though, as nothing is being lost, you're just temporarily disabling the connection in order to update the Secure Access URL. All you need to do from this step, is complete the Setup Wizard for the INBOX25 Module that you configured when you first connected your INBOX25 module.
After these steps, the new Secure Access URL will be saved, and INBOX25 will pick up on the newer module installed!
