Creating an INBOX25 User
So with INBOX25, we allow you to create user accounts for your Marketing/Sales team members. It's very simple! So first, log onto your INBOX25 account as the administrator. Then, it's just a few clicks away.
Hover over Settings--->Manage Users
Next select "Create New User" to begin the creation process.
Here is where you input all the information that will create the user's account. The email address associated with the sub-user account will be their username. Do they have a user account under SugarCRM? We have an awesome article explaining how to map that here.
Under the general info screen, you see a whole host of different options to select. If you are unsure of what all these settings mean, well they are permissions and you can view what all the permissions entail here.
So, once you're done filling in all the information, you simply click save and there ya go. It'll look like this under your Manage Users screen after all is said and done.
Now you're ready to have your team members assist in making your business operate more efficiently with SugarCRM and INBOX25. Now isn't that Marketing Automation Made Easy or what?
