Q: Can you associate a record with a Target List?
A: Our Landing Pages can be associated with one of the 4 Core Modules (Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Targets). However, you can create an automated track that will add your leads to a Target List of your choosing within minutes. You can learn how to here.
Q: Can I map my Landing page to a Marketing and a CRM List?
A: A Landing page can only be mapped to 1 list, whether it be a CRM or a Marketing List.
Q: If I map a Landing page to, say, my Contacts module and one of my Leads fills out the form, will it append to my Contact?
A: Unfortunately no it will not. Contacts and Leads are two different CRM Lists, so another record will be created in that particular instance. Make sure to keep your data mapping and your lead database in a consistent data structure, so as to not create duplicate records.
Q: Can I map custom data fields from SugarCRM to Landing pages?
A: Certainly! As long as the custom data field resided within one of the 4 core modules. Just make sure you're mapping your Landing pages to the correct CRM List.

A: You can map stock or custom data fields from the CRM List of your choosing, but not data fields in secondary CRM modules.
Q: If I have a record in a CRM List, but my Landing page is mapped to a Marketing List, will a duplicate record be created?

Q : What is the correct way to map a hidden form field back to SugarCRM?
