If I run out of content, will the automation end for the leads?
Answer: No, the content stream is always running. If you come up with new marketing communications 1 month, 3 months, 6 months down the road; simply plug it into the stream and during the next delivery interval, who has previously run out of content will receive it.
Do I need to pause the stream to add new content?
Answer: Absolutely not :). No need to pause the automated workflow to edit the Content Stream. Just simply go into the Content Stream wizard and make your changes!
What happens if I re-prioritized a message that was previously sent? Will my records receive the content again?
Answer: With Smart Delivery, your records will not receive the same content twice.
What if my lead entered into the stream and I have a piece of content that is set to expire? Are they automatically queued for that email?
Answer: No, your records are queued up for the Content Stream, but they are not queued up for an email until the delivery interval time. So if your lead entered the content stream today with this content expiring tomorrow, but your next delivery interval is in 2 days; then the lead will receive the next highest priority content, bypassing the expired content.
Can I add the same piece of content twice within a Content Stream?
Answer: You can but you run the risk of leads not receiving the duplicate copy. Make sure that you make some small changes to the duplicated copy so your leads will receive that content.
