INBOX25 is built right into SugarCRM. You can log into the platform via the dedicated module tab inside SugarCRM that you installed. If you haven't yet, or have troubles installing the module, take a look at our installation guides for SugarCRM 6.5.x-6.7.x or SugarCRM 7.x.x.
Users can have full access to the platform via the iframe that loads once the INBOX25 module tab is selected inside SugarCRM. Even if the module tab is not selected, users can view the Timeline Intelligence Report for any individual record.
*Note- INBOX25 is not compatible for sync with custom SugarCRM Modules. A custom module is a data structure that has been developed from scratch whether through 3rd-party integrators or using SugarCRM studio. If you have renamed a standard module, that's fine. If you wish to use information contained within a custom module of SugarCRM, we advise that you push that data into a standard module to use for marketing purposes.
Email Marketer Integration: Users with an Email Marketer Plan will enjoy the ability to send email campaigns directly to SugarCRM Target Lists. You can personalize Email Campaigns pulling data straight from record profiles. The reporting analytics are pushed to the Campaigns Module of SugarCRM and you can view our Timeline Intelligence Report inside the individual record profile. Campaign response from an email campaign is recorded within the Activity History for each recipient.
The Pro Marketer Integration ties you in with all the standard modules of SugarCRM. We are compatible with stock as well as custom data fields within either of those modules. You will be able to leverage the information in SugarCRM modules for Automation, Lead-Scoring, Form Submission Mapping, as well as Dynamic Segmentation.
The timeline intelligence report's functionality will expand and allows you to see any and all INBOX25 interactions and engagement a particular record has had with you since the beginning of time.

If a lead has converted on your Landing Page, it will show up next to the profile name in the above picture. This lead has converted on a Landing Page, hence why the green box labeled 'Converted' is there. If the lead has never converted on a Landing Page, it would show up as Unconverted.
