New to INBOX25 is the ability to leverage custom values of existing data-fields within the Opportunities, Calls and Meetings modules. We've seen on more than one occasion that a user customizes their Opportunity Sales Stages. On other occasions, we've seen users add other Call or Meeting Statuses to clearly categorize the success or lack thereof interactions with leads.
What does this mean?
Now with INBOX25, you can target your custom sales stages, type and lead source for automation, Lead-scoring or viewing Reports. Please keep in mind that this feature update is for values that are ADDED to the specific data-fields, and not changing the display labels of, say, the Sales Stages.
As you can see from this screenshot, INBOX25 will be pulling from the Item Name (Label ID) highlighted in red. Highlighted in green is an example of a Display Name, which can be changed at any time but only reflects the front-end value that a user would see in SugarCRM and has no bearing on what INBOX25 will pull from for automation, lead-scoring or reports.
Manual Sync for Opportunities
With the new update, you can now select which sales stages from your Opportunity module are identified as the Closed Won and the Closed Lost Sales Stages.
Clicking 'Manual Sync' will take you a screen for you to identify which of these custom sales stages you'd like INBOX25 to identify as a 'Won' and a 'Lost' Opportunity. Stages can be changed at any time by repeating the process, and all reports will reflect the change.
Once you complete the Sync, you will now see changes under the Opportunity Reports, as well as leverage the custom Sales Stages for Automated Conditions.
You can also create Opportunities as an Action and include the custom sales stages and lead source.
Now you can target Custom Call Statuses and/or Direction for Automation and Lead-Scoring.
*Note- This only reflects NEW custom statuses or directions added to the Calls Module via Studio. Any redefined values (changing the display name of existing values) will not be reflected.
With the Meetings module, you can now leverage Custom Statuses for Automation Conditions or for Lead-Scoring.
