When using a Subscriber List, if there are any external changes to not reflected by or inside INBOX25, you will have to manually update the list to pull in the updated/added info.
- A column or row have been added to the CSV
- A record/s have been added to the CSV
- Information has been added by an external source (manual input, report from external database, etc).
Note* - If you are uploading a CSV with non-ASCII characters, please ensure your CSV is encoded in UTF-8.
To begin your list update navigate to your List Manager by hovering over Lists--->List Manager. From this screen, select either your subscriber list.
Once you are in the desired list, you will want to click on "Add/Update or Remove List Data" pictured below.
From this point on the steps are identical to uploading a list.
*Note - It's important to try to use the same .csv to update or remove data from the existing Subscriber List. It's generally a best practice from a data management or organizational standpoint.
