Your Funnel Tracker allows you to view how your leads are traversing through your sales pipeline. There are two locations in the platform where you can view the reporting metrics for the Funnel Tracker; the first being right on the main dashboard page.
From this view, you can see who is in which Lifecycle Stages, who has moved in or out of particular stages, and also gives you the option of adding another Lifecycle Stage. You can toggle the view from Today, Week or Month.
To find the dedicated Lifecycle Manager which shows not only the funnel tracker but related Opportunity data points, navigate to Opportunities ---> Lifecycle Manager.
On the Funnel tracker, much like the view from the main page, shows you the metrics for each Lifecycle Stage, except the difference here is you're viewing the entire history of your sales funnel. In addition to legacy data, you'll also be able to see Funnel Velocity on the right side of your screen, or the speed at which leads traverse through your sales stages. You'll also be able to see any Opportunities open and/or won.
Clicking on a numerical value inside one of the sales stages will take you to a Funnel Tracker view. This screen will show any and all records within the particular sales stage; giving you details on:
- Date entered stage on
- Date last scored
- Date last seen
- Total Score
- If the record is currently active in a nurturing workflow
