It's common for SugarCRM to be implemented in either a public cloud (internet) or in-house on a private network. In order to use INBOX25 however, we must be able to authenticate and access the REST and SOAP API end-points for SugarCRM via Port 80 and Port 443. If we are unable to do so, there is absolutely no way that our integration and platform can be utilized.
If your SugarCRM instance is hosted behind a firewall, you will need to configure permissions for our network to communicate with your CRM. Your CRM must also have connectivity to communicate over HTTP. Port Forwarding may also be required, depending on your network setup and configuration.
Your firewall will need to be configured to allow access from both of these IP's on Port 80 and Port 443:
INBOX25 Mail Network Whitelist:
INBOX25 Application IP for inbound traffic to your network:
Configuring your local network to accept our inbound traffic is entirely the responsibility of the end-user and we will not be able to provide support to aid in that process. Additionally, at this time we are unable to provide or offer specialized configurations to enable connectivity under any scenario that is not listed above.
Pro Marketer users that are implementing SymSync will also need to ensure that outbound traffic from their host is permissible via Port 80 and or Port 443.
