What if I'm on a monthly account – how do I switch to pay-as-you-go
Answer: If you're on a monthly plan and you like your current plan, you can keep it and still use Agency Edition. You just need to click 'Add Email Credits' and that will send you over to Billing & Subscription and again you'll click 'Add Email Credits'. From there, just enter the number of credits you want to buy, click calculate and then proceed to purchase. Additional Email Credits do not expire, even if you're on a monthly plan when you purchase them. These can be allocated to client accounts.
Why does my credit card charge show Choguri Solutions and not INBOX25?
Answer: Chogori Solutions is the parent company of INBOX25. All billing is generated through Chogori Solutions and your credit card will reflect as such. If you type in www.chogorisolutions.com into your webrowser you will be automatically be re-directed to www.inbox25.com.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
Answer: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment via our website. For larger purchases we are able to accept PO's and corporate checks upon prior approval. Please contact your inBOX25 account manager for further details.
Do you offer Monthly contracts for Marketing Automation plans?
Answer: Our marketing automation platform is available in a monthly, quarterly or annual pre-pay model for your convenience.
How long is my Monthly Contract?
Answer: Great thing about INBOX25 is there are no contracts (unless you personally enter into one with our organization). We have subscriptions that you can cancel at any time by navigating to the Billing Manager of your account where you inputted your credit card :)
I'm currently a paying email marketing client, I use SugarCRM, and I buy bulk credits, I love the marketing automation platform. What happens to any unused credits I have after I switch?
Answer: INBOX25 is the only firm that provides our customers the flexibility to integrate with Sugar and have contacts that are engaged with our Marketing Automation platform and those contacts that are straight email marketing. The bulk credits can still be applied to send emails to those contacts that are designated as email marketing only. Additionally, you can always send to your subscriber lists (CSV files) that you've uploaded into the system
Do my unused credits "roll over" into the next billing month?
Answer: If you are on a monthly email marketer plan, your credits will renew, but not roll over. However, if you've purchased pay-as-you-go credits, they never expire until all used up.
How do I remove the INBOX25 badge from the footer of my emails?
Answer: The INBOX25 badge can only be removed for paid accounts. Once your on a paid plan, navigate to "Rewards Program" on the top right corner of your INBOX25 dashboard (next to the face icon) and then click "remove badge from footer". Then the badge will no longer appear.
