A simple workflow to notify an assigned sales rep that their lead has hit the website, specifically the pricing and/or services page
Preparation:
- Site Monitor installed and tracking (Time - 10 minutes)
- INBOX25 fully connected with CRM (Time - 15 minutes)
- Data modules (Users, Leads) synced with INBOX25 (Time >30 minutes)
Automated Workflow Steps:
- Give your workflow a unique name (i.e Lead on Website-->Alert Sales) and ensure you're targeting the appropriate CRM module your designated leads reside in
- For the Automated Condition - Choose Web-Activity, your domain and make the operator 'Specific Page Viewed' - enter the url a lead would find your pricing or services
- Define your wait connector, or how long you'd like to wait to then alert sales (i.e 5 minutes)
- Setup an automated action, the Alert Agent. Make sure to select either the Assigned to (owner)
- Test your workflow on a sample record for final validation
- Launch!
