With proper lead-scoring implemented, you can automate the prioritization of leads closer to a buying decision straight to sales and alert them to a low-risk opportunity
Preparation:
- INBOX25 fully connected with CRM (Time - 15 minutes)
- Lead-scoring enabled and configured (Time 2-3 days)
- Data modules (Users, Leads, Contacts) synced with INBOX25 (Time >30 minutes)
- Twilio Integration enabled (Time >5 minutes)
Automated Workflow Steps:
- Give your workflow a unique name (i.e LeadScore >100-->Assign and Alert Sales) and ensure you're targeting the appropriate CRM module your designated leads reside in
- For the Automated Condition - Choose Scoreboard along with the intended operator (total score) and choose your threshold (i.e more than 100).
- Define your wait connector, or how long you'd like to wait to send an alert to sales(i.e 5 min)
- Setup an automated action, which will be to send the email alert
- Setup an additional action, which will also be an alert action, however this time select SMS
- Test your workflow with a record to validate
- Launch!
