Preparation:
- INBOX25 fully connected with CRM (Time - 15 minutes)
- Data modules (Users, Opportunities, Calls and Primary CRM modules data is stored in i.e Contacts, Accounts) synced with INBOX25 (Time >30 minutes)
- One (1) Email Template (Time 30 minutes)
- Enable option under Connectors to check Opportunities against specific Contacts only
- Ensure Opportunities are correctly associated to desired Contact/s
Automated Workflow Steps:
- Give your workflow a unique name (i.e Opportunity Closed Lost -> One Last Try) and ensure you're targeting the appropriate CRM module (Contacts or Accounts)
- For the Automated Condition # 1- Choose Opportunities, your intended field (for example, Sales Stage) and make the operator ‘Equals’-->select your closed lost stage. -
- Define your wait connector, or how long you'd like to wait to then deploy a time sensitive communication (i.e 15 days)
- Setup an automated action, to send an Email. It’s best to be personalized and putting your best foot forward
- Setup an additional action, generating a CRM call, 2 days later to follow up with your email
- Test your workflow on a sample record for final validation
- Voila, launch!
