It is as simple as ever to follow up with your face to face without any effort from your sales team. Sending an email and SMS thanking for their time goes far in building excellent working relationships.
Preparation:
- INBOX25 fully connected with CRM (Time - 15 minutes)
- Data modules (Users, Meetings, Leads or module new records are pushed to) synced with INBOX25 (Time >30 minutes)
- Data field synced where mobile number is stored (Time >5 minutes)
- Twilio integration enabled and from number ported over (Time 10 minutes)
- One (1) email template (Time 30 minutes)
- One (1) SMS message created (Time >5 minutes)
Automated Workflow Steps:
- Give your workflow a unique name (i.e Meeting Held - Send Thank You) and ensure you're targeting the appropriate CRM module
- For the Automated Condition - Choose CRM Meeting-->Status-->Held
- Define your wait connector, or how long you'd like to wait to send the customer survey (i.e 2 minutes)
- Setup an automated action. You will either use a saved draft or create your followup email personalized with the assigned to rep.
- Create an additional action, Twilio, and configure your personalized SMS message
- Test your workflow on a sample record for final validation
- Voila, launch!
