A recent platform study revealed that the web channel is the most underutilized inbound marketing asset that marketers have to leverage. When it comes to the top of the funnel the web channel has the lowest conversion rate (visitor to lead) compared to other assets. Vision Prospector was designed to help reduce seemingly normal page abandonment by actively working to reveal the people and companies that are browsing your site -- so you can respond the moment they're showing an interest in your brand. Instead of seeing hits, Vision Prospector will show you people.
Requirements for discoverable traffic:
- at least one Site Monitor enabled domain that has active traffic.
- or, at least one hosted landing page and form that has active traffic.
Twitter followers - turn social profiles into 360-degree lead profiles and opportunities.
Vision Prospector can convert followers, mentions and likes into lead and company profiles. Instead of spending time researching new social followers or social influencers that retweet your content, allow Vision Prospector to analyze, dig and alert then your team.
Requirements for discoverable traffic:
- At least one Twitter handle enabled in Social Connect with active social engagement (new followers, mentions, likes and retweets qualify as discoverable traffic).
Enabling Vision Prospector
In order to use Vision Prospector, head to Settings / Advanced Settings / Data Management. From there, on Option 6, select which channels you'd like Vision Prospector to analyze.
Accessing Vision Prospector
Vision Prospector can be located under Capture / Vision Prospector
Once enabled Vision Prospector will immediately begin scanning inbound traffic. Prospector delineates between companies and prospects (individuals). Prospects can be sorted by source, identified records from your database or by viewed/new prospects. Automatic Vision Alerts can also be set to send to anyone within the organization, by adding their email address to the manage alerts section.
Any prospect who has been linked with an existing record will have a blue banner. Any prospects not yet viewed will have a green banner, once viewed the banner will turn gray.
Created on - the date/time when Vision Prospector completed a successful scan and brought the prospect or company into the view.
Source - the inbound source Vision Prospector picked up the record (either Web Traffic or Twitter)
Insights Discovered - an overview of the scope of social footprint identified as well as additional firmographics and affinity data
Quality Score - ranking which is determined by the scope and breadth of data Vision discovered about a prospect or a company.
Using the action menu, you can prompt a reply action to any prospects or companies Vision Prospector discovers from the Twitter source.
Mobile-friendly Vision alerts
You can send a Vision Alert to an SDR (sales development representative) to initiate a touchpoint either through a social channel or a direct call. The email will contain the full Vision report for the SDR, and if a contact number is collected from Vision, a singe-swipe call prompt will be included in the alert.
Vision alerts can also be automated and sent to one or many individuals in real-time as new prospects are discovered. Simply click on Manage Alerts from the Vision Prospector panel to add individual email addresses to your alert configuration.
Add a prospect and company to your database or CRM
You can add Vision Prospects to your database or CRM instantly. Simply select 'Add to database' and follow the simple data mapping instructions.
Don't forget consent.
In many instances Vision will be able to provide one or many email contacts for a company. Remember that permission and consent still apply and are required. Be sure to obtain consent before marketing to these companies or prospects directly. We recommend initially flagging prospects as unsubscribed until you're able to reach them through a 1:1 email, by phone or through a social channel like Linkedin -- to obtain consent and authority to begin your engagement.
Recognize an existing lead or company?
You can also append data from Vision Prospector to an existing record from your database. Begin typing their name or email and INBOX25 will begin parsing all existing records and bring up matches to be selected.
Say no to spam.
Vision will attempt to filter out ISP's and known spam sources. But, if Vision has discovered a prospect that is either not even remotely qualified or is not legitimate, you can mark the entry as spam or delete it. We will no longer attempt to associate that specific prospect in the future and their entry will be purged from your interface.
