For users who leverage SugarCRM or SuiteCRM Campaigns to more accurately track progress of members through marketing campaigns, we've enhanced the SugarCRM/SuiteCRM campaign attribution or creation process in automation, landing pages and forms as well as the drip campaign manager. Users will now have the option of adding records who submit on a form, enroll in an automated workflow or drip campaign - to be added to an existing Sugar or Suite Campaign, or have a new one created.
We have added three custom statuses which can automatically populate the 'status' field for campaigns as well as in the individual record's campaign log. These three statuses are 'Drip Started' 'Form Submission' and 'Automation Started'. In order for these statuses to display, you will need to add them via the dropdown editor in CRM. The field to edit is called campaignlog_activity_type_dom
Add to Campaign List/Create New from Forms
You can now associate or create a new CRM campaign when creating an INBOX25 landing page and form. You will now see when creating or updating existing forms an additional dropdown to either create new a new Campaign or to associate successful form submissions with an existing campaign you've created previously. Clicking on the dropdown will show all CRM campaigns created directly. Selecting the 'create new' option will generate a new CRM Campaign once a successful submission occurs.
When a successful submission occurs, you will see members begin to be included in the CRM Campaign with the status 'Form Submission'.
Add to Campaign List/Create New from Automation
Add to / Create new CRM Campaign is now an additional option in the Settings step for Automation. Enabling to sync with SugarCRM/SuiteCRM Campaign or Create new one will add any records who enroll in an automated workflow as a member to your campaign.
Once a record has been enrolled into an automated workflow where add to/create new CRM campaign is enabled - they will be included with the status 'Automation Started'.
Add to Campaign List/Create New from Drip Campaigns
You now have the ability to add recipients who are enrolled into a drip campaign as members of a new or existing Campaign list. Any records who originate in the CRM who enroll in the drip campaign will be added as a member once enrolled into the drip. Marketing list records will not be added to the CRM or the Campaign. Select the checkbox 'sync with a Sugar/Suite campaign?' to open the dropdown prompt and decide if you'll be creating a new campaign or appending enrollees to an existing.
Once someone has been added to a campaign list as consequence of being enrolled in a drip campaign, they will have the status 'Drip Started'.
