Convert Visitors into Leads
With LeadFWD you can take one of three approaches to exporting your leads into your CRM or other Marketing Database.
- CRM Connector for SugarCRM, SuiteCRM and Salesforce
- Built-in LeadFWD Marketing Database
- Export to CSV to import into any platform you choose
If you're using our Enterprise Plan you can opt to leverage Lead Automation to create a 'touch-free' lead generation program.
In this article we are going to review our manual Add to Database functionality.
Any visitor identified by LeadFWD can be saved to our built-in Marketing Database or to a supported CRM using one of our native connectors.
Step 1. Expand the Intelligence Sub-panel for an Identified Company and select Save to Database from the action-menu options.
Step 2. Select a Destination next to 'Add Lead to'
In our example, we selected the SugarCRM data-object 'Accounts' in order to pursue an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy.
LeadFWD's CRM Connector will recognize the selection of data-objects that have an inherent Parent / Child relationship. When you select Accounts (Companies), our Save to Database tool will give you the option to also select key people to create as Contacts. People that are created as Contacts in your CRM will automatically be related to the parent Account by our CRM Connector.
Step 3. Select People to create as Leads
Next, decide which key people should be pushed to our CRM. LeadFWD organizes key people under categories based on their department to enable targeting by persona. You can select multiple people and each person that is not already unlocked will require one (1) lead credit.
|Pro tip: If you have made direct contact already (i.e. LinkedIn, phone, etc.) with a specific contact, you can manually enter their full name and email address to add them to your database destination.|
Step 4. Configure our verify your Field Mapping Settings
If Field Mapping is enabled, users will be brought to another pop up where all insights Vision has collected can be mapped to a corresponding data field from the list selected. This is where it's important to add (for Prospector Database) or sync all relevant fields prior to adding identified leads to the database.
|Pro tip: Save time by creating fields in your Marketing Database or CRM in advance, so that when you configure Field Mapping for the first time, all of your destination fields to map data to are already available for selection.|
Step 5. Configure Options
We understand that sales and marketing professionals all have different requirements for their LeadFWD deployment and that's it's not 'one size fits all'. That's why we've included a number of options to help streamline common activities that accompany the identification and creation of a new lead record in your CRM or Marketing Database.
