With Email Analytics insights identify how recipients are engaging with email campaigns, from what mediums (devices/platforms) and where in the world (locations). Understand how email campaigns have performed generally by getting a total deliverability, active participants, whom the email didn't reach, opens clicks and CTOR (Click-to-open-rate). Users can drill down using advanced filters to view a segment of the audience or go even further to look at an individual's journey from email open to click/s.
Users may toggle between different views (orange line graph), get a LiveCampaign (green maps) view with a google earth-esque view of activity and simply export the data to .csv or send an email report (blue gear) with the manage icons in the top right of the report.
By default users will be shown the entire audience for a campaign. Using the advanced filters, recipients can be drilled down by type of activity, location or device/platform. Users may also search for a specific recipient. Additional filters apply if there is an A/B campaign deployed.
The List Performance view will allow for comparison how each segment performed post-campaign deployment. Get an engagement vs email volume chart which details over time how the campaign performed. Clicking on either of the highlighted volumes within the sent, delivered, opened or clicked columns will take you to an auto-filtered view of the audience that applies to each column.
The Devices view allows for segmenting audience engagement by device and platform. Get a breakdown of which medium (desktop, tablet, mobile) the audience is viewing your emails. Drill down further to see which OS or device is most prevalent among the audience. Users will be able to see how many opens and clicks were attributed to each platform and device
The Locations View breaks down engagement by country/city. Get a holistic view of where in the world recipients are when opening or clicking the email campaign. Locations can also be filtered within the main reporting screen.
Clicking the + icon associated with every individual recipient will collapse a menu which details the timeline of the recipient coupled with the engagement history for the email campaign. Learn every date/time the recipient opened, clicked or unsubscribed from the email campaign.
