Email alerts can be automated with workflow sequences; targeting persona data, web-site, Leadbox or email behavior. Several 'Alert Agent' actions can be set inside of a workflow concurrently where multiple employees can be notified in close proximity with each other.
Data Fields - Any field added to the Prospector Database or identified from Vision will be an option to deploy email alerts based off.
Web-Activity - Alerts can be deployed if an identified or known lead comes back to the website, visits for certain amount of time, is referred.
Email-Activity - As email sequences are deployed to the prospector database, send a real-time email alert when a click or open has been registered.
Tags - Send an alert to sales if LeadFWD tag/s are added or removed from a lead.
Leadbox Activity - If a lead converted on a specific / any on-site message or if an identified Lead viewed a Leadbox, send an alert to log the positive behavior
Alert Agent Options
LeadFWD Users - Any user setup within the LeadFWD account can be sent email alerts. Select their user profile (by email address) from the dropdown menu.
Custom Email Address - Any email address
Assigned Owner/Reports to (CRM) - With the CRM Connector Add-on, assigned CRM owners or Reports to Users can receive email alerts for leads assigned to them in the CRM.
