Within the LeadFWD Account, the email marketing Preference Center allows users to control communication subscription categories that consumers may elect to opt-in and/or opt-out of, rather than opt-out globally from all communications.
Navigate, while logged into the LeadFWD account, to Settings / Privacy Guard / Preference Center.
On the next screen, hit 'Enable Preference Center'
Users will be able to set a welcome message, as well as begin adding communication subscriptions. With each subscription created, there will be the option to auto-enroll the Prospect database to it. It is recommended to organically allow subscribers to opt-in to communications of their choosing or auto opt-in to categories they have already provided consent for.
Within each subscription, a short description can be added to clarify what the subscriber is enrolling into. We suggest linking to an example email so enrollees get a feel for what they'll be receiving. Each subscription will be tied to a subscription tag which can be used in the future to segment recipients by communication preference.
Users can add as many subscriptions as required as well as deprecate/update subscriptions as required. By clicking 'save subscription' the editing will be committed. By clicking 'add subscription', the preference center categories will be saved.
