The Prospector Database can be managed via the Database / Database Manager / Marketing Lists / Prospector Database. From the database manager you'll be able to manage the Prospector Database, add/remove data-fields as well as create persona segments.
View Leads identified from the visitor report or leads generated from the weekly feed in the list manager. From the Prospector Database List Manager, you can perform actions like managing segments, managing the field structure or exporting your leads out of LeadFWD. Segments or changing lead status can also be managed from the list manager. Clicking on any lead will take you to their Timeline Intelligence Report.
The List Manager can be used to map insights discovered by Vision to data-fields so as Leads are Identified by LeadFWD and pushed to your Prospector Database, all of the firmographics will automatically be mapped to their Lead profile. Select Field Mapping to open up the mapping prompt.
Selecting records using the checkbox column will display an action menu to change a lead's status, add them/create a new segment for or apply LeadFWD Tags.
Clicking on the manage icon within the list manager and selecting 'Manage Fields' will direct you to the field manager. It's recommended to get your initial data requirements in place in order to map out assets like LeadBox or Email Sequences. This will also help in the future with the ability to identify and define lead/customer personas. Fields can be added or removed at any time. As Vision identifies firmographics, a field will be automatically created in the Prospector Database.
Clicking on 'Manage Segments' from the List Manager will direct you to the Segments Page. From the segments page you may search by segment name, export segment counts, email the segment report or generate new Lead Segments.
Lead Segments can be created based off data field rules, email sequence activity and tags associated with leads identified by LeadFWD. Rules can be combined to generate targeted and diverse lead segments where personalized Email Sequences can be deployed.
- Data Fields - Create rules based off data-field values either from fields you have created in the Prospector Database or insights Vision has discovered over time.
- Email Activity - Create rules based on how recipients engaged with Email Sequences. Rules like email recipients who opened or clicked as specific campaign are available.
- Tags - Group Leads identified by Industry, Device or other LeadFWD Tags associated to their profile.
