Our team has received a few reports from users regarding the successful install of our SugarCRM module with a looping setup process. They get through the install, they authenticate their inBOX25 account (new user or existing), authenticate their SugarCRM details, receive the encoded URL to save - but then get booted back to the beginning of setup.
If this is happening to you, there are a couple of things to be aware of:
Our encoded URL is appended with a timestamp from our SugarCRM module. This is part of the security built-in into the module. Essentially, our system will ignore your encoded URL and will not load your account, if the time-stamp is older than our system requires. Sometimes we just need to simply extend the life of the time-stamp check, particularly if your SugarCRM instance is hosted on a slightly slower network.
Again, the time-stamp security feature is extremely sensitive and it can be impacted if your server time is not accurate. Please ensure that your server time is being synchronized with an accurate NTP service. http://www.ntp.org/
