How does Inbox25 handle duplicates?

    Solution: Landing Page forms are mapped to either CRM Lists or Marketing List and if a record already exists on a list assigned to a form that they convert on, we simply append and add that event to their timeline profile. We'll also update any mapped fields that have an updated value from the most recent form, which is also documented in the timeline profile.

    If the record does not appear on the list that is assigned to the page, but it does appear on an existing Marketing List or CRM List, we again append and add the page conversion event to the timeline profile of the record that exists on another list, but we will not overwrite any of the fields.
