Solution: Create an automated workflow with the condition of campaign activity (select the correct email) Equals-> Open, then set an action to add to Target List, with a follow up action of Send an email. Now, those who have opened the selected email will not only be put into a Target list, but they will receive the content you'd like them to see; all within an automated process. To segment that list down further, create a workflow that will segment the list based on criteria you set forth (for example, if they opened an email or are located in the United States or have specific tags associated with them in SugarCRM).
